Paragraph 11 includes the word 'I'.

It should start "The Defendant therefore avers...".
    Good spot, noted.

The word "offence" should be replaced with "event".

When I submit my defence as per the guidelines previously advised, do I need to attach the title information I have referred to and any other back up evidence or do I do that if it proceeds to the WS stage?

Evidence goes with the WS - the defence states your legal bases to refute the claim, and the WS provides the narrative and evidence to support these bases.

Is it worthwhile for me to submit a SAR at this juncture, or no?

So I've just sent my email to the court attaching my defence.  Given it is Friday afternoon and the deadline is Monday when should I expect to get an acknowledgement?  And should I email it again on Monday morning?

You should receive an auto-email response. If you haven't then send it again on Monday morning after 9am.

Yes one just came through.  Just a bit nervous that it goes through ok given all the work that has gone into it and the fact it states the attachments must be in a specific format otherwise they will be treat as not been received by the court!
