Hi I’ve just received the pack from VCS so looks like they are going for it. Should I have received it by 8th deadline or are they within their rights for it just to be date stamped? It’s date stamped at the PO 7th Sept!0

@Jenni_D unfortunately the link doesn’t work for me. Are there any other WS templates/bundles I can dig into?Jenni_D said:Click on the name
Click on the Discussions link where you'll find the only thread that user has started
Read the thread (start at the end and read back) until you find their link to a copy of their WS bundle (probably a dropbox link)
Download a copy and use that as the template for your own WS bundle - DO NOT just copy it and use it word-for-word! Adapt it to suit your own defence and circumstances
CCBC = County Court Business Centre, where your defence was sent, an office that does the initial processing of claims. Once a court is allocated then the CCBC is no longer in the picture - all communications should be with the nominated court.
Are you trying to find the Witness Statement by @Daiapolon2021
If so, click on that coloured writing and you will see this on the returned screen...
Click in that Discussions box and scroll down to see...
Again, click on that coloured writing and you will go to the desired thread.
Read that whole thread and you will find what you need.0 -
They have/had the same deadline as you. If it arrived later than the court mandated date, it gives you a little leeway for sending yours late.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Hi @KeithP, sorry for any confusion the link I was referring to is the one to the Dropbox with the WS in on Page 13 of the thread. When I click on it, it takes me to the DB login and then just opens my DB.KeithP said:

The link to @Daiapolon2021's WS in their thread no longer works.
How do I prove that it literally just landed at my house today?0 -
Have a look at the WS by @aphex007 instead, but I doubt you will have time to adapt and submit it by 4pm today. I suggest you make thay tomorrow's job and fire it off by midday if possible.
