Why does the industry think this treatment of consumers is socially acceptable? I wouldn't be able to do what these aggressive greedy thugs do to people.
....... just as the maximum admin charge of £20 for a minor keying error (really a software designed error) has become the default charge.
A well briefed MP is needed to argue the consumers case, hopefully one who's been stung by the process.
