At least it wasn't as flowery and effusive in the praise for Mr. Yamba as it usually is!

Lady gets attacked by a rip-off unfair PCN from notorious ex-clampers One Parking Solution Ltd for dropping bags of donations as instructed by the Charity Shop:

    https://www.kentonline.co.uk/malling/news/amp/i-got-fined-100-for-doing-a-good-deed-295516/

The BPA must be so proud.

This sort of crap is parking management, is it?

Anyone like to hazard a guess as to what one of the main causes of this chaotic parking & waiting in the roads just outside of JLA might be?

    https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/residents-cant-cross-due-parking-27955443.amp

Yep.  Over-zealous tricks by VCS in their horrid little scamera vans.  Just look what they are doing to the local area and no-one commenting for this article realises why this is happening now.

This is what ex-clamper scams can cause.

    culpability (noun)
    cul·pa·bil·i·ty
responsibility for wrongdoing or failure : the quality or state of being culpable moral/legal/criminal culpability

How to use culpability in a sentence:

     "
The IPC Code of Practice defines the core standards necessary to ensure transparency and fairness. It does this by complementing the existing laws concerning parking enforcement on private land. It is designed to enhance the conduct and culpability of Accredited Operators in order to increase consumer confidence and raise standards within the private parking industry."

I have never understood the need for two ATA's
It must be clear to government by now that the IPC is nothing more than a scam which has attracted their own set of money scammers because they know the IAS will be on their side

Government as a minimum should terminate the IPC IN THE INTERESTS of the public, if they really want to clean up
  • Island Green Car Park situation 'serious', says Lesley Griffiths MS
Continued refusal of Euro Car Parks to meet with elected representatives (Welsh Senedd Members) Lesley Griffiths and Ken Skates.
All credit to these two who keep up the pressure in public on Euro Car Parks.
In this case highlighting the abuse of major keying errors created by machines not users, which should have vanished if Code of Practice had been implemented.

This is good news, if the Council holds firm:

    https://www.falmouthpacket.co.uk/news/23772666.maenporth-beach-cornwall-anpr-camera-car-parking-bid/

The Planning Officer was pushing for it to be agreed.  Some biased idiots had fed some people the line that ANPR cameras "prevent anti-social behaviour"...  and that filling in the odd pothole costs a fortune...

But not everyone fell for that thin veneer supporting an intrusive blatantly money-grabbing, anti-visitor scheme:

"Falmouth town council's planning committee voted to recommend refusal of the application on the grounds that the proposal was visually intrusive in an AONB and is in conflict with Policies 12, 23 and 24 of the Cornwall Local Plan."

The beach cafe dodged a bullet and they almost certainly don't even know how close they came to ruining their reputation and permanently driving away repeat business.

You are so right but ..... how do we get to these
Businesses who will go bust if they employ parking companies using ANPR or CCTV, even goons on walk-about,

Pubs, hotels are in danger, even though they may have bed bugs, it's the blood suckers in their car park they should get rid of and advertise the fact that they a FREE of scammers

The "biased idiots" obviously do not know how a ANPR cameras work, maybe they are confusing them with CCTV?
