I've not heard anything from our broker about our valuation or mortgage, submitted a week ago and we paid the £100 fee over 2 weeks ago! Grr! v0

Last communication from him was that they didn't give an idea of when the valuation would be (last week). Fingers crossed something happens soon so we can book our survey! We are waiting in case the house isn't valued what we have offered! We have some wriggle room on LTV but need to see what they say before we chuck £900 away in case!0 -

update, valuation has been instructed, will be carried out in the next few days all being well!
I'm hoping that means the underwriters are happy (ish) as my husband is self employed...fingers crossed.
