I chased it yesterday and was told I was going to be called for the protection call that day and that the offer was also going to be issued same day. Neither happened. 

With the BOE meeting next week and a likely .5% rate rise on the cards. I'm worried my offer won't be finalised in time.

 16/6 DIP and soft check done
21/6 Mortgage application and hard check done
28/6 Valuation done 
29/6 More documents asked for plus they ask for any undisclosed debts 😳😳( I thought this was it hahha)
30/6 Offer 

We are soo excited. So really about a week and a few days from when application was done.

Hope everyone on this journey gets their good news. 

Congratulations! Really pleased for you! Can I ask what additional documents they needed? Were you basic PAYE? Or was your situation a bit more complicated? Thank you!

to share our recent experience: 75% LTV, 2 x perm employed, 3.38%, 5 year fixed, 999 arrangement fee, 100 valuation fee

13 August - offer accepted
16 August - mortgage application submitted via London & Country 
17 August - mortgage application amended (we applied for green mortgage initially as the estate agent confirmed EPC rating B but found out via gov.uk that it was actually EPC C)
22 August - valuation scheduled but moved to 31 August for in person valuation
31 August - e surv valuation 
1 September - e surv valuation received via text to log in

now hopefully awaiting mortgage offer

We applied yesterday 

Valuation has been instructed for this week

I have an element of bonus so sent them two years of payslips (apparently this is normal)

Tracker has still not updated to say income verified, how long does this normally take?

Now the mortgage tracker has every section highlighted in green but the offer hasn’t been issued

A couple of questions please - 

How likely is it that we would be rejected at this stage (I am living on my nerves)

Do they issue offers on a Saturday?
