Finger cross to you xx you may get a offer very soon I guess. Update from my MB , confirmed 8/8 face to face valuation , have to wait 2 weeks 😰 try to arrange earlier but at least have some great news!!anewloginapparently said:They haven't asked us to pay yet, but that might be because in Scotland there is already a valuation contained in the home report (a survey that sellers have to arrange prior to a property going on sale).1 -
Thank you! Good luck in your valuation!0

That's our valuation just back now. It's confirmed the same as the home report.
Now it just says "we're working on your offer", anyone with any recent experience of how long this stage takes?

We had the same, but it was a weeks delay. We got the offer the next day though so should be quick once it's happened assuming it's all OKflorang1117 said:anewloginapparently said:They haven't asked us to pay yet, but that might be because in Scotland there is already a valuation contained in the home report (a survey that sellers have to arrange prior to a property going on sale).anewloginapparently said:They haven't asked us to pay yet, but that might be because in Scotland there is already a valuation contained in the home report (a survey that sellers have to arrange prior to a property going on sale).

A week after passing the valuation & my tracker still says "we're working on your offer", which is a bit perplexing.0

To be honest I'm starting to get a bit worried now. It's been 10 days since my valuation came back OK and the tracker has just stayed like this ever since.

Have you chased it? Are you using a broker?0

I chased it yesterday and was told I was going to be called for the protection call that day and that the offer was also going to be issued same day. Neither happened.
With the BOE meeting next week and a likely .5% rate rise on the cards. I'm worried my offer won't be finalised in time.0 -
