If their WS is a day late, is yours not also now late? (Both parties usually have the same deadline).Jenni x0

I emailed my yesterday to the CountyCourt (deadline day), I guess they emailed their's too before the deadline, but sent my copy in the post.1

They may not have met the deadline. Worth mentioning at the hearing, although the Judge might say you were not disadvantaged by one day over a weekend.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It is worth you posting their WS here so the regulars can have a look through it. Make sure to redact any personal information but leave in anything that is already in the public domain.
Please tell us if you do redact anything, and also tell us if the claimant has redacted anything.

Just one observation...
That Site Plan and Signage Approval page you have shown us appears to be signed by Daniel Myatt of Superbowl.
But the important thing about that document is that it is just giving permission for UK Parking Control Ltd to install signs.
It is not confirming that signs have been installed in those positions or at all.3 -
A few points I'd like to highlight;
On the NO UNAUTHORISED PARKING sign Exhibit, there's no mention of the keypad - is that acceptable?
With the photos of the signs within the car park, they are dated one year before the parking event - maybe the trees and bushes may have grown to a point of hiding the signs?
Also, the "proof" of the signage within the car park are photos taken in daylight, there's no evidence to suggest that the lighting is adequate enough for the signs to be visible- is that a point worth raising?
The entrance sign - there's only one and it is on the wrong side of the entrance and a height which seems high.
The UKPC contract with the venue- yet again, no mention of the keypad.
Cancellation request of PCNs - no more than 10% of monthly total - is that the norm?1 -
