Could it be that BG is providing the energy, but through a business tariff?
Would that show up for the normal support agent as BG peen the supplier?0 -
If it was a former business premises then take great care - there are several threads on this forum where the sellers did not get the tariff changed to domestic.
BG Business Gas and Electricity is 0330 818 1775 and ask to be transferred to their SVT domestic.
If this is now a block of flats - have a chat to your neighbours.

Was there a previous occupier (rather than builder/developer) in the flat. Consumption at 4300 sounds low for an all electric for a year - or high if it's gas heated. Either way take the consumption with a pinch of salt
Was there nothing in the Agents info re suppliers ?
