Chase Bank - Oversubscribed? Struggling to get a transfer out

I've had enough of Chase , took four days to transfer my money to another bank, this was after several phone calls , answering the same questions . So goodbye Chase I'll be happy elsewhere.

I'd be interested in knowing how you tried to do the transfer. My transfers to any one of the seven or eight different institutions I've tried happens in seconds.

Beware of Chase. As the intrests dropped  I wanted to withdraw 35k to transfer to another bank but chase app wont allow me to transfer more than £1000 in a single transaction. 
On the phone they also dont make things easy. Firstly managed to transfer out 20k over the phone immediately (apparently there is 25k daily limit) but when wanted to withdraw remaining 15k woman on the phone claims some authorisation is needed and it will take another 24hrs. Already lost 4 days of intrest due to them delaying

I regularly transfer a lot more than £1,000 to my main current account via the app so that doesn’t sound right. Was it to a newly setup account?

My transactions in and out of Chase is in the 10s of thousands ( I have a £50k daily transfer out limit). The last time I used the limit was in January and made 3 daily transfers of £50k all of which hit my Lloyds current account same day via faster payment.

Can't imagine the nature of the problems you are facing. Although the daily transfer limit is £25k that can be increased up to £200k inside the app. £50k daily was fine for my requirements.

Be interesting to see if anybody else has faced your particular hurdles.
