Chase Bank - Oversubscribed? Struggling to get a transfer out

Atom 2.60% 1 year fix.

Transfered 10k out of Chase, no delay. Arrived in my other account immediately.

This morning's message from Chase is that they can't display transactions from the app.  I wonder if they are struggling with many customers having outgoing standing orders on the first of the month (like my 4 that feed different regular savers)?

No sign of the interest that was due to be paid today arriving either... they say balances are supposed to be correct.

I think the interest has been added to the balance that will be showing, but it's not appearing in the transactions.

The balance on my savings account is correct, with interest added as expected. But the interest transaction itself doesn't display, and they have a message up saying they can't do that right now

I got my interest added into my saver account just after midnight this morning

Account activity seems to be working again for me now.

There is a scheduled maintenance between 6am and 9am in the morning, Sat 2 July.

Payments in will be queued and you won't be able to make payments either.
