Speeding ticket from test drive

If I’ve got this straight OP thinks they returned the car at 3.20.
Offence was at 3.29 according to speed camera clock.
Dealer records car returned at 3.30.
So the simple conundrum is how far away is the camera away from the dealer?
If we take an assumption that the speed camera is recording the right time then I think it’s not feasible for the car to have been taken out after the OP given the huge turnaround required in minutes.
So if we assume the time is wrong it’s then a question of determining how wrong it is. Which means taking it to court and being sure that it’s not a few minutes out and that time corresponds to your test drive…
I’d take the course and suck it up personally.0 -
Not sure it's been mentioned but SURELY THEY HAVE CCTV at the dealership !. That could prove it once and for all.

Doesn’t look like the OP has posted on pepipoo.
OP that is your best bet, but your vague recollection of timings won’t help
