Dad full of beans now that he is sleeping again (fingers crossed it is in fact the pump mattress) so we were out in the mountains for a drive yesterday. Had to stop and put out a small fire at one of the old track entrances. Someone had randomly set fire to a pair of jeans 🤷 Luckily people also use these for dumping rubbish 🤦♀️ so a soggy towel and my can of fanta put it out. It was then I realized I had a hot water bottle in the car full of ahem water and my fanta could have been saved. Setting a fire next to a peat bog, how bloody stupid.
Money wise have spent even more on groceries bringing the total up to 174!!?!??!!! I have no idea why prunes cost 7 euro but I wish teacup could eat a cheaper dried fruit.
Something to be done on the grocery front I am definitely not managing that well.
Didn't spend any of my own money though which is good 😀

I’ve been reading too many crime novels, because my head instantly went to this being the key clue in some kind of complicated conspiracy, instead of whatever mundane reason it almost certainly is 😂
Food inflation seems impossible at the moment, it takes a lot of energy to get a shop within budget (and then even more energy to cook). Sometimes when in an emotionally, physically and mentally exhausting situation we need to pick what our energy goes onDebt at LBM (Dec 2018): £23,167

Lol I don't even read crime novels and my head went to some creepy arsonist watching and following us home!
Definitely baby steps. Sadly can't blame food inflation just me going into lidl and into my own personal twilight zone1 -

Sadly just d**kwads dumping rubbish in a national park. There was a lot of rubbish at that particular bit for some reason. Which reminds me must find a phone number for the people who clear it up.0

Lucky you passed & put it out before the peat caught fire.

I emailed and apparently someone is going out to clean it up.
Yeah there was a bad fire on the most popular tourist road. It was during the summer and it's still scorched over now.
I don't understand how people can litter up there, I keep meaning to bring a bag and gloves to pick up rubbish. Now it looks like I'll need a spade for digging to put out fires as well 🤦♀️1 -

Whatever peculiar combination of pasta, cake and vegetables I have eaten today (just the basic food groups) now means I am gas powered 🤣🤣🤣
Sincerely hope nobody is up the mountains lighting fires today as the wind is ferocious.
NSD today and yesterday which is unusual for me. Picked up a mystery shop for tomorrow which is reimbursed but still a spend.
Work is still tiring, would love to just be delivering food again. Too much responsibility looking after children.

You seem to have a lot of criminally-minded readers!
