You should get the money Ryanair subscribe to ADR and are bound by the judgements. 

In theory at least you could take Ryanair to court for your out of pocket costs but I wouldn't be bale to advise on your chances of success so might be a risk.

Thank you! Yep, raised a ticket on my ADR case, who are now to chase Ryanair's legal team. Next update... when I get paid lol, we can see how long it takes for this one! I hope everyone's well.
