Not sure what you mean. Remind us what the Order says that allows you two responses?

Points 7 to 9 discuss witness statements which were required by 4pm today.

Point 10 reads 'Each party may, by 4pm on 18th July file in court a concise written response to the documents and statements served by the other party. At the same time a copy of the response much be served on the other party'.

Now have a hearing scheduled for 20th August. A one hour time slot has been allocated. Based on a previous documented case with my District Judge I'm confident that the arguments that are in our Witness Statements.

I guess it is crystal ball stuff, but what are the chances this will actually end up in a hearing? Met parking/CST Law are the claimant.

I'd say 50-50 with CST Law. Hard to know.

No notice of discontinuation so far so it looks like we'll be getting our day in court on Tuesday. Is there a thread on preparing yourself for a court appointment?

In the NEWBIES thread: hearing section.

Are you sure the hearing hasn't been vacated? Phone the court to check on Monday.

Yes you can.  It's not a precedent though.

In my thread about it, did I give the Judge's name, court, claim number and date?  You can quote what I said the Judge said but be aware it is all hearsay because there's no transcript.
    Thanks. Looking through now.

Have I missed the boat with a costs assessment at this point?

Got through to the court this morning and it is still going ahead. Makes me wonder what I'm missing as I was convinced they would pull the plug on this one without a hearing.

Anyway, win/loss will be communicated tonight with whatever details I can remember.
