PCN Parallel Parking - No Reg No

Another update on this.

I've gone the ICO to complain about why Parallel aren't providing the VRM given it's clearly my ticket that matches their records and they've advised that the unique identifier does not classify as personal information. So not sure how much help they will provide given this response.

I've also had an email from Gladstones on behalf of PP which I would appreciate a reply construct for:

It's been over 3 months since you have contacted us to inform you made SAR to our Client and asked us to put your matter on hold.

For the avoidance of doubt, we confirm the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) ref xx was incurred to a vehicle registration number xx at location Street Car Park, for no ticket.

There is a sufficient signage in and around the site that clearly states that all vehicles must have a valid ticket displayed. By entering and remaining on the site you as the driver agreed to the contractual terms and as your vehicle was in contravention of the agreed terms and conditions for all users of this site, therefore the charge has been issued correctly.

 As payment is now significantly outstanding, we invite you to make payment in a sum of £170.00 by xxx.

To summarise, I have the redacted log which clearly correlates to my ticket, I've taken pictures and videos of the car park which is the complete opposite of what they are referring to as size 6 font on a board. Thank you to all of you who have supported me on this!

Hello. Apologies for this, do you have any update on this your struggle against this "company"?

I ran into these white collar criminals, they are threatening me with a £100 charge or a merciful £60 if I pay them within 2 weeks.

Obviously they ignored my proof that they took my card payment and instead investigating my appeal, they simply ignored my proof of bank statement and sent me an email template that I could appeal to IAS.

I don't give a toss if they pull me to court, because it's a simple story: my car was there and my card payment was there. The names are identical on both. End of story. Now they should explain to me why they were happy to pocket my card payment and then lie I never paid them?! The proof is there on my bank statement.

Again, apologies for my upset comment, I've gone through your lengthy FAQ and what-to-do lists, but please explain to me in plain and simple English how could any judge in any court give justice to these criminals who practically stole my money (£1 seriously) and now they dare threatening me I owe them money.

The only thing I'm afraid of is an effect on my credit score because you say they can send debt collectors after me. What debt?! It's £1 which they took from me anyway and I can prove it to anybody. We all have mortgages to pay and loans for house repairs and such, I don't want my credit score being affected.

And many-many thanks for your battle against the car park mafia. The stories are appalling.

More than likely Parallel Parking are trying to scam you for failing one of their T&Cs such as not entering your car registration number rather than not paying.
