    Hello,

    I thought I would let you all know that I got an email on Friday from the solicitor's of smart parking to say that they are discontinuing the court proceedings! Woo! I assume thats it then - I can finally put this ridiculous business behind me - 4 years later…

    I just wanted to say thank you for all your help, answering my questions that I know have been asked a million times before and helping me put my mind at ease because it isn't nice, obviously, to get those threatening letters and then having the threat of court proceedings - especially when you've never been in 'trouble' before!

    I hope that this feed will help other people that are in a similar position to me on the steps you have to take in order to not pay these people a dime!

    Once again - thank you, especially to @Coupon-mad, and all the other constants that have helped me and been patient with my questions.
