I don't know why it is mentioned that the EPC rating is Band D (particularly as the first thing!) as that rating isn't great. I think most people would expect the EPC rating to not be great but there's no need to highlight it.
Also, the living room does look crowded and small with all the chairs in it. Sometimes less is more.0 -
It's not what I would call a family-friendly property. Stairs down into the back garden which is also open to the back access. The single-room living arrangement downstairs, it's more like a studio flat. Maybe if you've only got the one kid, but not for anyone with younger ones. The sofas are complete monsters!
Needs re-marketing for a professional couple or single person who wants to work from home.1 -
There seems to be a lot of similar types on the market at present.Vik91 said:House has been on market since March and only a few viewers and no offers.Pictures have been retaken and any more advice would be appreciated

If you want people to come for yours might need to reduce price and if lots of interest they can put their final offers through.

The kitchen is small for the size of the house. Only thing I could see.1

The thing that I really noticed was that the StreetView link takes you to the back of the properties and I couldn't work out which was yours. Some of the things I could see in the first frame there were rather offputting so it might be worth changing that if you can.
I also noticed the poor EPC and that the downstairs looked cluttered because of the amount of furniture.
Rightmove also showed me several properties in the same area all of which were priced lower than yours, I think every browser would be shown that sort of selection too, so maybe change your price so that you are undercutting others, that could help.2 -
If I was staging the house ready to sell I would have taken all the top kitchen units down , I have found that rarely do we need lots of cupboard space .
Just leave one small sofa & a chair get rid of the rest. These ideas are just for the pics ..next comes the description then obviously the price is too high .0
