Still no buyer for my home

Whenever people complain about house not selling, it is always the case price is too expensive. It is irrelevant what other nearby houses sold for. Even if houses are alike, buyers/sellers are not alike. Market is also showing downward trend now - so if it has not sold yet at that price it won't sell in future unless you reduce price.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.1

What's the competition like?
This one looks identical and has gone on at £5k less than yours:

You need to be discussing the marketing of the property with your EA not a random bunch of strangers on social media. They are only a phone call away........0

If you are already living with your partner then I would be inclined to take it off for two weeks perhaps and do a few minor amends that may help.
I'd take some tips from the one's who sold at the £146k and I think you'd have a sale:
- Add more definition between kitchen diner and lounge
- Perhaps do this by creating more space by taking some of the sofa chairs out of the room and placing them in storage or at your partners (lovely sofas but make it feel cramped)
- Remove the 4 seater table and make it a two seater and create more of a feeling of space
- Perhaps remove a few bits of furniture from the bedrooms as well. Really pull back to minimal, functional furniture for a small space. Think of it as new show homes do.
- General decluttering to add feeling of space (.e.g. removing pans etc from tops of cupboards and having it all really clear) Otherwise people firstly feel like it's cramped and also mentally think there isn't enough storage space.
- General lick of paint everywhere and make it feel new and new photos and that may be all it needs

What feedback have the viewers given to the EA?2

In the advert, I think I read about the pedestrian access 3 times before I finally reached the bit about parking. I was beginning to assume that there was no parking at all and that the EA was bigging up the pedestrian thing in the hopes that potential buyers would forget about their car. Parking needs to go in the "Key Features" if you want the maximum number of viewers.
Normally I'd agree with the mantra that a house that won't sell is overpriced but if you are not in a rush, I'd fix the "parking" issue and see if you get more viewers.(My username is not related to my real name)7 -
"Set within the popular conservation village of Eaglesham, this appealing end-terraced home sits within a family-friendly pedestrian pocket "
That says to me no vehicle access, you have to park and walk, which is a pain carrying all your stuff. That alone would put me off.
If as the post above suggests that might not be the case then CHANGE THAT DESCRIPTION. It will be putting people off.5 -
You've replaced the two exterior shots in the EA listing with more recent ones but not taken on board any f the advice from your previous thread.
Indeed, people are making the same comments as previously. Does "help" to know that the reason it looks unlived in is that it's not lived in but would have been easy to dress it so it looked better. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing4 -

I'm also sure "pedestrian pocket "came up before. It's about as aspirational as a tin of beans!I know it's trying to imply safety for the kids etc, but it sends a subliminal message that parking, unloading shopping etc is going to be a right faff. Guess which people care about most!4
