Putting those words into the search bar and changing to 'newest' finds 55 results.  I am
using a phone and just tested it by copying those words in, so the forum search function is working and you can use any device.

Ignore your own thread (first result) and choose any others that show a worked defence, to see what I mean.

Copy any. You will find dozens of worked 'non-POFA' defences among the 55 results.

I very rarely provide links if people are struggling to search here, because that won't help you next time that you are using the forum & want to search for a keyword. This is a slightly unusual board and a big part of what we do here (particularly for people at court stage) is to share what we know and instil confidence in how to use the forum best.

We show people the wealth of resources to be found by searching for relevant threads. But not by providing links with no explanation of how to find those.

Because you are putting Highway instead of Highview.

Always copy and paste, not type the search out yourself, if prompted to search for something specific.

Bloody phone predictive text. I can't copy and paste small parts out of text as my phone is old and doesn't work that way.... cutting out down to point 4 only was a mission in itself! I'll go see what I find now
