Please tell us the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form.
A properly written comprehensive Defence simply will not fit in the box on a form.0 -

The point about the defense is what I was asking..... do I say the same as I said in original defense? Or should I word it differentSnakes_Belly said:
The defence is the most important document that you will write and it's not something that you can write in a few sentences on a form.A properly written comprehensive Defence simply will not fit in the box on a form.I agree which is why I'm asking. If there is a template I should use I'll happily do that but I cant work out how to find anything. If instead of a template there is advice on what to write then ill happily take that, it's what I'm askingThe standard defence template can be found on the first page of the forum.

If you’re navigating using a phone, go to the top and click the ‘parking tickets, fines&parking’
It will take you to the main screen for this parking tickets forum, then you can then see all the announcements at the top inc newbies and inc the thread containing the template.
If you’re not used to Internet forums like this it, can take a bit of getting used to2 -
You have more than 19 days (14 + 5) to file a Defence.
The back of your Claim Form tells you this.
When you are able, please tell us the Issue Date on your Claim Form and I will then do the sums for you and tell you your Defence filing deadline.
Oh... and there is no letter 's' in the word Defence.3 -

I honestly can't find the front page even! When I click on the main header for parking tickets etc, it takes me to a list of all different types of forum and I can't even find parking tickets again . Any link ?0 -

Oh... and there is no letter 's' in the word Defence. With a Claim Issue Date of 21st September, you have until Monday 10th October to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 24th October 2022 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.1 -
What do you mean 'original defence'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
