IAS dismissed appeal

Just recieved this appeal dismissed by IAS. Brief background, pcn sent thru post from apn 3 months after offence. Appealed saying out of time under pofa as I wasn't the driver, they replied saying they not relying on pofa. I took it to IAS, lots of tooing and froing....them saying sane thing, me saying even if they not relying on pofa the principle stands as I'm not the driver. Went to adjudication and got this. What is my next step?

What were you expecting? Seriously? IAS is not fit for purpose and will (almost) always side with the PPC, no matter what the evidence.
Their Elliott vs Loake argument is tosh, and has been thrown out time and again in court.
All you can do is await a possible court claim, where no keeper liability will be the lead argument. Which PPC was it?6 -
When you say ' what did you expect' it makes it sound like you ridiculing me.....I had to appeal, couldn't just do nothing could I?! I have no experience of anything like this hence I'm here asking for advice.
I'm petrified to go to court , and I have had a big pay cut since covid aswell as being left in debt by my ex. So im scared I'll loose the case at court.
The parking operator was VCS0 -
You are not being ridiculed this is a scam industry the "newbies thread" on here explains that the IAS are a kangaroo court and how they are biased in favour of the PPC so you should have expected that rejection, assuming you read it?

Yes I read it. I know they are biased but no, I had a hope because of the 'goldern ticket ' and it being 3 months they may uphold my appeal. As they didn't, which I also knew was a good possibility, I've come asking for help. I'm confused and actually scared.....im not as used to all this as you guys so by being told ' what did I expect' makes me feel stupid for even asking. So should I not have asked, because I should have expected it anyway? Should I now just wait on my own with no advice?

However, the steps that you have taken do show to a Judge that you did try to engage, which could be important. Do remember that these companies depend on fear. It is part of their modus operandi. Similarly the debt collector companies. They all try to frighten you into parting with your money BUT BUT BUT unless it has been to Court AND a Judge finds against you , you do not owe anything, whatever they say in their fear mongering.
Do not fear the Court either. If (with our help) you put up a really good defence, the PPC may well withdraw at the last minute. Even if they do not, the experts on here help people win 99% of the time and the few that they lose usuually cost less than would have been paid otherwise.
So read up on the 'NEWBIES', learn what to expect and what to do and when. Feel welcome to ask questions, people are here to helpThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.5 -
I'm confused and actually scared....
Why? It is a civil matter, nobody will go to jail. Judges are very aware of these parking scams and most have very little stmpathy for thrs companies have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.3 -
The IAS is just a scam set up by Gladstones solicitors.
Their reasoning is akin to a backward speaking parrot, you know the sort ..
"gottle of geer"
Judges don't take any notice of this bunch and nor should you.
Anyway, the IPC/IAS are now in their last stages of life as the new code of practice plus appeals service will scupper the scam forever3 -
