    I like the property.
    The property seems a good price for the location.
    I think the cooker is in a daft place.
    I'd submit my offer at a price that took into account the cost for relocating the cooker.
    I'd also check where the ghost is and want to see into the basement.

    "I would be getting a new kitchen should I go ahead with the property and as such would move the oven from there, but I don’t believe it will be that expensive to move to the other side of the room?!"

    As its Electric its very easy!

    I really do wonder why the "ghost" is in the picture. How weird!

  • That's an interesting one. Is there even room in that kitchen to re-locate the cooker?

    Looks very narrow on the pics and there is a radiator opposite the sink. Needs some clever design thinking.

    I am also wondering how on earth they got furniture into the 2nd floor bedroom given how narrow the staircase is?

    And it's in such a horrible place, too. If a fire started, it'd be straight up the stairs.
    Wouldn't that be going the wrong way to escape?

    @Woolsery it'd be, not I'd be

    Is the cooker ever actually used, given the need to keep incredibly slim to get up those stairs?

    However as the kitchen is 'open plan' to the stairs I'm not sure there is any advantage to the move, other than being able to use taller cooking pots.

    I'd also be suspicious of why the worktop to the right of the sink (a possible location for the cooker) has curtains below it rather than cupboards.... what wonder lies behind the curtains? (and would it preclude having the cooker there?)

    Edit:  Has anyone found the fridge/freezer?

    It’s a completely unpractical house, but the vendors have dressed it up really nicely, so it looks pretty.
