This looks yum yum yumI have made this for veggie frinds a few times, it's delicious.
We have even had it for dinner ourselves once or twice, and in a household commited to carniverousness, that has got to be a good sign!!
Ooops, the link would help

Hi
Try Happiness Soup by Nigella as a starter; it's our favourite bright dish for the winter [even though it really is a summer dish]. Substitute vege stock in there; natch.

Oh yeah, serve with bread from the breadmaker; still warm if possible.0 -

I have the quorn roast I absolutely love it ! I make regular cuts into it all the way along and push chopped onion in. I sprinkle half a veg stock cube over and pour a 5 tablespoons of veg stock over to prevent it from becoming too dry I also sprinkly it with mixed herbs before putting it in the oven (cook in a small baking tin)Merry Christmas MSE!0

There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0

What and eat meat for a day:eek::eek::eek:_pale__pale__pale_ there is lots of yummie yummie yummie things that can be eaten without a poor defenceless animal being the victim, how about everyone turning veggie for a day:beer::beer::beer: My christmas is about having the yummiest meal I can make and I couldn't eat meat, I love being a veggie, it has actually taught me how to cook:A:A:Ajust stop being veggie for one day, problem solved....I am at a Crossroads in my life and deciding which path to take:coffee:

I once got a quorn roast and and cooked it about halfway with some herbs, then I got some rashers and wrapped them round the roast and then wrapped some thinly rolled puff pastry around it and cooked it, till the pastry was golden brown. I served this with veggies and gravy. It was really lovely:beer::beer::beer:
I think some cheese would be nice wrapped with the rashers as well. Going to try a different alternative next time:beer::beer::beer:I am at a Crossroads in my life and deciding which path to take:coffee:
