Good morning, it's Friday!  

Up dressed and ready to FLY this morning.

WM on
Bed made, clothes picked up, windows open
Recycling and rubbish out and bins out
Sausage casserole started so I take it to DD1 this evening
DW sorted (thanks OH)
Banking and spending checked
Outside path swept (OH strimmed weeds yesterday evening)

Todays plans/tasks
Pack for the weekend at the other house and we're helping DD1 move Friday evening an Sunday afternoon.
Cat trays
Hoover throughout
Transfer some money to savings
Check transfer from US
Something for lunch
Sausage casserole for DD1

Not actually planning to do anything more than essentials as being gentle to ourselves, This morning the estate agent and future buyer are coming here, we signed on Monday but there is a 10 day cooling off period and they tried a bit of last minute negotiation when we went to sign so not able to rest until 10 days are up.  Then this afternoon OH is 'summoned' to HR to start the official part of his departure (he has to be fired rather than laid off), this is what we want and have planned for but again until it's all gone to plan we can't be sure.

Luckily I have a book to read!

the word is out at the old job, I've already had some lovely messages.  I'm also resigning my PTA role so I have a few loose ends to tie.

I'm currently doing not a lot, but am going to a plant sale, to a lawn garage sale from an upclass B&B, to watch Rolling Thunder in a local town this afternoon (google it), to collect some free wood to season, sort out a bullet point words for my radio interview over my May Falklands challenge, other more mundane stuff.

Morning all,
I posted yesterday, but it isn’t here. Hmmm, so now where did I post that by accident…
I can’t remember what I said, apart from Congratulations to Valli.
DH is twitching - he wants to come to the allotment with me *sigh*, so it’s all on his timetable. I can almost hear his foot tapping whilst he waits.  As I’m not dressed yet and only just had cuppa 1, he is on a hiding to nothing. I guess that the wm x 1 will have to wait until later. Ditto any other flying. Although who am I kidding? There probably won’t be any other flying.
