I have seen loads but one that really struck me wasn't exactly a price increase, but a bizarre purchase increase to get the special price.
Turkey Dinosaurs in Iceland. £2 a pack or 2 for £3. You now have to buy 6 for £10!
This screams to me of them changing things because they know the sort of person who is likely to buy the product might well be able to find a spare £1 to buy a second pack, but definitely won't be able to find an extra £8, and/or won't have storage for 6 packs! So the takeup on the offer drops off, and they can then let all offers on the product go entirely because "there was no interest".
I noticed that both in Ald1 and T's unsalted butter is now 10p more expensive than salted, rather than the same price as they used to be.
Tesco pitta bread has gone from 35p to 45p in a week, I know it's only 10p but that's over 22%.
It might well be only 10p, but as you say that's almost a quarter, and for those on a low income that's a lot (in fact it's a lot for all of us!). I have noticed more bread products reduced recently, not sure why, but of course not everyone can get the reduced stuff!

I went to coop to buy my daughter some Skips crisps. They have been £1.25 for 6 bags for ages. Saw £2.25 on shelf edge and thought it was a mistake so took them to the till to double check and they were indeed £2.25 for 6 x 13g bags! Outrageous.

Thats 78grams of potato, probably not even half a potato ,one reason why I never buy or eat any potato based snack. I wonder what did happen to Cyprus potatoes they were great for home made chip. Jersey Royals however are the bees knees of spuds but they were very expensive last year so goodness knows how much they will be this year

It's annoying if you have kids though as such items tend to be required for lunch boxes. £2.25 is a silly price mind you but then I always find co-op a poor experience so rarely if ever call in. Crisps have been one of the worst affected items but the sharing bags at least are holding firm at around the £1 mark.
It's not all bad. 15 eggs in M&S still £2, cheese at £5/kilo in Tesco. Sure one has to be a bit more selective generally and put the time in but there's still value to be had.

These potatoes are still Cyprus' biggest export. My local greengrocer has Jerseys at £5.99Kg
It's interesting to see what hasn't gone up. About 2 years ago I started adding the odd tin of Tulip chicken to my store - it has a long shelf life. The price has stayed the same since then. So have the other 2 Tulip products Tesco sell. Produce of Denmark.
I've stopped looking aat tinned corned beef which used to be a staple cheap meal ,but not anymore conrned beef hash or as a filling for pasties it was lovely. We will all be munching on grass at the way things are going
