Well done on the PB win and the gift card. I don't think we complain often enough about shoddy service and it should be addressed.
Have a lovely Easter.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Hope you get a refund…..shoddy service isn’t good enough.Enjoy your trip away. How has it got to be Easter already though as it only seems 5 minutes since your birthday and Christmas.January spends - £587.580

Just renewed my house contents insurance for £38.29 , it's cheaper than last year. That's it now for insurance until September .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.0

Now sat in a very noisy kids jumping place ,it’s so busy . The Gks are enjoying it and that’s what matters. Finally got my senior Railcard with about 20% off for the 3 years . Have the digital one so can use straightaway . Also can’t decide whether to join the RHS , as one of the gardens is 5 miles away . Will
think more on that though they still have the 25% off memberships. My dad is starting with signs of heart failure which is worrying but I know he has been feeling unwell for months but he rarely complains . Will see what his echo cardio gram brings up . Mum and Dad are going away for a seaside break for a few days next week .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1 -
Well done for complaining.
You go to London sometimes so don't forget to add your senior railcard to your Oyster card to save on those journeys too.
Glad your parents are having a break together by the seaside. Nice.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Up early to meet friend in park before all the crowds arrive . Gorgeous morning , can’t wait to stretch my legs and have a coffee outside . Later on I am going to another friends for a homemade afternoon tea. Have a good day everyone .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.2

Enjoy the home made afternoon tea. Bet it’s better than the underwhelming one I had in a hotel in big town last week.
Sorry to hear about your dad, hope he still get to go in his hols.Enjoy your senior rail card. I went to use mine going into town but my friend hadn’t taken hers - the lady behind the counter said it was cheaper for us both to travel as a couple than to use my card. It surprised me as I expected the card I’d paid for to be the cheapest offer. Think it’d have been different if she’d have had her card. That’s the beauty of going to the desk and not just going to a machine…the staff tell you the best options.January spends - £587.581 -
Enjoy your afternoon tea
