If the BPA recommended in 2019 that the option to pay by phone/app/text should be removed as there is no mobile phone signal in the village, why is this option still displayed? 

OPS claim to be fully compliant with BPA recommendations.

Excellent result and great court report. If you are happy to include the claim reference number this would be a great resource for other OPS victims. I beat them myself in court earlier in the year with similar circumstances. 

This report just shows what a pack of shameless tramps OPS, DCBL and their representatives are lying in court over a parking charge they were never entitled to or you should have been issued let alone harassed over when they've been defeated in court over similar circumstances (such as mine) and others at Llangranog!

OPS and DCBL KNOW this yet continue to issue these charges and aggressively harass people for money that they know courts won't allow them! How is this not a continued abuse of process!?! Just as they continue to try and tax people for an extra £60/70 debt admin fee!

Shame you didn't get full costs, but £20 is a lot more than many folk are awarded. 

May be worth sharing with the various Llangranog parking help groups and social media so people can reference this in their own appeals/ court cases and help smash down OPS' favourite cash cow!
