Yes, that 's the right answer, but why are you asking where to send your Defence?4rry said:Hi, I have googled but couldn't find an obvious answer on where to send the defence statement to.
Assume it is ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk as per the AOS ?
Surely you filed your Defence back in April after you then queried where to send it.
Can I suggest you re-read your thread and then of course ask us questions that you still have?1 -
Surely you've submitted your Defence, received an acknowledgment, received and submitted the Directions Questionnaire where you chose the court at which you wish your hearing to take place?
Your Witness Statement is most certainly NOT a repeat of your Defence. You need to check out via the usernames already suggested to you what a WS should look like. The WS (and Evidence Bundle) is submitted to the court at which your hearing will be held - and copied to the solicitors representing the parking firm.You need to be getting all your ducks in a row, otherwise you could be up Sh"tCreek!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Apologies, I've got the terminology wrong. I am referring to witness statement - I am due to be seeing Cardiff small claims court but can't find where I submit my WS to, it was never on the letter I received.
For my witness statement, I have copied the format suggested in previous comment. It is not as detailed, but includes reference to Beavis case. The witness statement is largely a repeat of my defence, however, this time it comes with photos, further narrative and an account of what happened on the day.

Are you sure they haven't told you where to send your Witness Statement and evidence?4rry said:Apologies, I've got the terminology wrong. The Notice that gives the hearing date.Is there not a paragraph something like:Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Might be on the back.Those documents you intend to rely on are your Witness Statement and evidence.
There might even be an email address on there, but if not google your hearing court.
We don't know which court is involved, but you do.1 -
Why not post your WS here for critique? By when are you required to submit it?
Can you post a redacted copy of the letter you received about submitting your WS?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Yep, there is no PPC called One Parking Solutions Ltd.
The one of a similar name, notorious for reportedly ruining Llangrannog's tourism and good name, is in the BPA AOS and not the IPC. So your para 11 is incorrect.
You should append more exhibits:
- newspaper articles about OPS at Llangrannog;
- Excel v Wilkinson and a link to the new DLUHC Code and Ministerial Foreword about the 'extortion' of adding fake DRA fees to inflate claims. As seen in every 2022 WS on the forum;
- the photo of the sign showing a 15 minute consideration period at Llangrannog, and the evidence that the BPA inspector reported that he/she COULD NOT PAY within 10 minutes and had to leave, this was what led to the BPA shutting down OPS' little game at that car park for a few months. I think @ParkingMad has that.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks both
have updated title as per their claim 'One Parking Solution Ltd'
Have included newspaper article.
Deleted number 11 and put in a further note from a case that was won 'The 10 minute grace period provided by the Claimant is unreasonable in this location as there is no phone signal in the area. It is impossible to park up, read the terms and conditions, queue and pay within the 10 minute grace period especially at times when it is busy there.'
Added Excel vs Wilkinson.
Added in the 15 minutes sign as well, although not sure what help this brings to my case?
Ready for issue now? Want to get this off as I'm on holiday and wasting more of my valuable time on this!!
