It is the same car park as Jimsnap and the case of the disappearing pound coins.

I am sure that this machine is calibrated incorrectly.
PPL backed off.

Hounds was also a ticket machine issue in another Birmingham car park. Went to court and the claim was dismissed. PPL lost.

Another case of these machines miscounting pound coins in a PPL car park. Don't know the outcome of this case.
Worcestermum was a flooded car park in the Jewellery Quarter and there were puddles covering the white lines. She won her case.
Jimsnap may sign a WS for you if you ask as he had the same issue at the same car park.

Yes i believe it is the same car park. I spent last night reading through his whole thread and he mentioned that it was the Ladywell car park

Was the PCN issued for leaving site, or for non payment, or for failing to pay when the required grace period, or something else?
As for the images of signs, use the blurry ones from the claimant, and/or clear ones if there are any that help your case that you have taken yourself or obtained from Google Streetview.
In addition, the the clearly readable white sign is a stock image from a computer file. There is no proof that it matches what is actually stated as Ts and Cs on the blurry version taken at the site.
The on site sign could say there is a grace period if you need to get change or set up a pay by 'phone app etcetera.
Please confirm the date of the alleged event, and that it matches the date on the claim form, because the photos of signs are a year to the day after the date you provided us in your initial post.I married my cousin. Hi @Fruitcake , the PCN was issued for having no ticket.I have just had a look at the photo again and you are correct, the computer file of the sign i was given does not match any of the ones in the photos provided from the SAR.I have checked on Google Streetview and the images of the car park is very outdated, last taken in 2015.I will be in Birmingham City Centre today after work, i will stop by the car park and take photos of the signs to see if they match the ones in the photos by the ticket man on the 26/02/21.The date of the alleged event was on the 26/02/21, i've only just realised i put the wrong year on my opening post, i'm sorry if that has caused any confusion.1

houndsoflove had an experience with a PPL car park in Birmingham (not the same car park as Jimsnap and yourself). The ticket machine was out of order on two occasions. Claim was dismissed at the hearing. Hounds would give you a WS if you ask.
This operator does not maintain the equipment. Private parking is not a service industry especially for these ex-clampers such as PPL and Excel/VCS. They benefit from their equipment being faulty. It is the only industry I can think of that benefits from not delivering a service. There is no pride in what they do it's just purely about making as much cash as they can.

Pictures taken earlier this evening.
The computer file of the sign I was sent via email was present at the car park on a lamp post next to the ticket machine.
