Don't use any of your images if they help the claimant. The image of white sign provided by them at the site cannot be read. The stock image of some random white sign provided by them was held on a computer, so you should aver the wording on the signs in situe on the material date was different, and you should put then to proof that the contrary is true.
I suggest you remove some of the images from your posts.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

The sign was quite high up on the pole. I’m quite a short person so it’s even more difficult to read it from that height2

Just as importantly, could it have been read from the driving seat?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Actually, the close-up pic of the straight sign, (5th photo down), shows the name of Mr Wilkins's new company-Premier Parking Enforcement Ltd-Company number 10570340.Coupon-mad said:The sign is bent round the pole! Don't use your close-up pic of the straight sign.3 -
Your own image of the yellow sign with the Ts and Cs and parking tariffs that form the contract with a motorist say the operator is HM Car Park.
Who is this bloke Walton Wilkins or this company called Premier Parking Logistics then, because their name does not appear on the signs that form the contract?
I suggest you take a nice clear pic of the yellow sign, and nothing but the yellow sign, then put the claimant to strict proof that HM Car Park was not the parking operator at the time of the alleged event.
The top image of the white sign provided by the claimant on the date of the alleged incident, although unclear and blurred, has three icons down the left side, yet the stock image has four. This is further proof that the stock image is not a true representation of the signs at the site on the date of the alleged event.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Plus the text is very small and the signs are caked in dust and grime! The fact that it has a 45° bend in the middle makes it even more difficult! Totally unfit for purpose. I'd check the IPC codes of practice regarding signs standards and include that too!Teemo said:The sign was quite high up on the pole. I’ve just noticed at the top of the payment machine there is small text that says ‘please see tariff board for full terms & conditions’.
Could this supporting evidence the yellow sign with the parking tariffs is operated by HM Car Park?0 -
Yes. Include anything that supports your case or rubbishes the claimant's case. It is up to them to prove the contrary is true.Teemo said:I’ve just noticed at the top of the payment machine there is small text that says ‘please see tariff board for full terms & conditions’.
