One thing that’s interesting is that other than a picture of the car showing the VRM there is no other unique ID for the car. So who is to say the vrm is correct to the car or not.
    Isn't a VRM unique?

If the photo shows the numberplate then it's your car.  And they didn't have to affix a PCN to the windscreen if they sent it by post.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    That’s fair enough.

What about the difference in costs?

You make reference to it in any court papers ..... if it gets that far. It's not a showstopper, rather an indication of the mess they are making of things. Helps to undermine their case.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I’ll sure be adding that into it along with anything else I can think of. I’ve gone through my bank statements and on the day in question there isn’t any transactions. Same a few days later for any of the shops on the retail park.

On Gladstone’s page it just says “post litigation” and “pre judgment” and no other information on their portal. I’ve had nothing back from them in relation to their claim. Only the SAR info from the parking company.

There can be no degree of uniqueness, it either is or isn't!  Are you claiming the VRM has been cloned and it isn't your car?

No not at all but the chassis number is linked to the vrm. So I’m just saying on their part how can they be 100% sure it’s the correct car when they have not pictured the chassis number when it’s clearly on display to be checked. Surely they would like to know that what they are doing is 100% correct
