    You aren't 'speaking' to Gladstones.

Just reply now to the LBC, as shown in other Gladstones threads recently.  Easy enough to find them.

    Here's one:

  • Ok I’m just having a read through all the posts again.

Do I reply via the portal thing that GS say to use in their letter or in the post to GS or PW?

  • I can’t seem to find the template about the 30 days. I can find the template to add to it though.
I must be looking past it somehow

There is no template for that. I gave you the words to use earlier in this thread.

As close to the 30 day response deadline given on the LBC as possible, send the standard instruction to the solicitors saying that although you deny the debt, you are seeking debt advice and therefore require them to put the case on hold for 30 days as per the pre action protocol.

I see now and I see that @Fruitcake has given you the phrasing.  Searching the forum is always a good start because there is (usually) nothing new and posters will have asked the question before.  Of course that is only good pre-action and is useless once they send a claim form.

Well today I’ve logged into to their portal to semifinals anything has changed etc after saying I dispute the claim etc.

This is what it now says on their portal

I’ve still not received anything back yet from the parking company. So it’s likely they will take it to their time limit.

Well I finally received my SAR information. It shows a picture of a car and it shows no PCN attached to the front screen.
Within the info it says a postal PCN that was allegedly sent out several days after alleged offence.
One thing that’s interesting is that other than a picture of the car showing the  VRM there is no other unique ID for the car. So who is to say the vrm is correct to the car or not.
And another thing is the letters say fine amount of £100 and £60.00 charge for debt recovery. That’s a different amount they are trying to claim for (170). I’m no expert on this but surely the lack of unique information on the car and different amounts in the paperwork to the claim. Would this be a red flag also to the court?
