They may be more than estimates though as there is a smart meter sending data to OVO, just not with a working IHD from the sound of things.jimjames said:Make sure you have taken meter readings. The numbers you are quoting are not meter readings just estimations so you need to read the meter not the home display.

Main reason I suggest reading the meter is to allow you to assess the use on the day when you start using the boiler again so you don't have to wait until the following day to get the news...karabash1994 said:Thanks everyone.
