Points as below:1) Not using POFA 2012
2) Not relevant Land under POFA 2012; no registered keeper liability (ref POPLA case Steve Macallan 6062356150)
3) You have not shown that the individual who you are pursuing is in fact the driver who was liable for the charge. (ref POPLA case Carly Law 6061796103)0 -

I just said Covid so driver unknown. I clicked next and nothing happened. My phone is dreadful. So I went on laptop to do appeal again if it hadn’t gone through properly but it’s saying pcn can’t be found so don’t know what that’s about. I took a pic of screen0
