Cottage cheese with pineapple was 0.5 not free, also had a Mullerlight with banana after dinner so another 0.5 syns there. Morning all,
A bright start here in contrast to yesterday's almost continual rain! I had pudding last night - never have pudding on a weekday and rarely at weekends but saw a recipe in the latest mag for banoffee pie pots. Made a sort of banoffee with a sliced banana, toffee mullerlight and a few choc chip sprinkles. It was okay....wouldn't necessarily do it again as I'm a bit yoghurt-phobic after snaffling loads of them in my early SW days (when they were free...)
A role was advertised at work yesterday - grade higher than mine and in the MH area. From the description I could do it no problem, but they want a degree. I don't have one having left school at 16 to support my single parent mum. Will keep looking!
Today's food will be:
B - pineapple, strawbs, blueberries, bacon, poached egg, mushrooms - S, P
L - WM toast, baked beans, cheese, salad leaves, tomatoes - HEB, HEA, S
D - pan-fried salmon, jacket potato, broccoli, carrots, baby corn - P, 1, S
HEA - milk
Syns - hi fi bar, JP - 4
