    Just ensure not to many apps and clean cache weekly,reboot router and stick.
  • Send the TV back to Argos if it's not doing what you want, and get one that does - and thanks for the heads up that Hisense TV's are so duff.

    Who says Hisense TVs are duff.Why would Jlewis and Richersounds stock them.Please explain why they are duff.Why would they offer a FREE 5/6 year warranty on duff products.

    I did read it tv came from Argos, that was the first mistake. Smart tvs are similar to laptops,they dont come with all the apps installed, but you can download them.

    BritBox supports the following devices:

    Because it's not faulty, so they wouldn't accept it, unless within the timescale for an non in-store purchase. 
    There is nothing wrong with the TV: the problem is that the OP failed to check that it had a feature they apparently wanted.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
