Just so you know, our first refer a friend offer is coming to an end at 11:59pm on Tuesday 7 June 2022.

If you've already referred someone, your referral rewards will still work in the normal way.

If you refer someone new, they just need to have signed up for a Chase account using your referral link before 11:59pm on Tuesday 7 June 2022, and we'll add them to our waiting room. We'll process them on a first-come, first-served basis. Just so you know, this may take 3 to 5 weeks from the day they joined the waiting room but we'll let them know via the app if that changes.

If your friend can't use your link for any reason, they'll still have 14 days from when their account's up and running to add your referral code.

Either way, you'll still be eligible to get your referral reward as long as your friend signed up before 11:59pm on Tuesday 7 June 2022.

At this point you'd have to question what sort of 'friend' you'd be willing to refer. With a 3-5 week wait time and better product on the market, not a very good one I'd suggest.

They must have had too many sign-ups and presumably some fradualent ones? Not sure why else the waiting period would go from 20 minutes to complete a sign-up to needing 3-5 weeks.

Transferring from my Chasing savings into my Chase current account wasn't instant.

Describe wasn't instant 

Just transferred on my android app and was fine.

Hasn't been always that reliable over the last week though, I admit, with multiple refreshes needed just to see the balance change  some days!

I've just been instructed to update my app before I could get into my Chase account.

I had that yesterday. Wouldn't progress without it yet looks exactly the same.

I had it earlier, wasn't 100% sure about it so re-booted my 'phone and logged in ok.  It hasn't appeared again...yet.
