I've just re-read the whole thread and cannot see that you have told us what the driver is accused of.
Have I missed it?

There isn't a 2016, it goes from 2008, then 2011, 2012, 2014 and jumps to 2017.  This is along Albion Way.

I have emailed The CBC and DCB legal now.  I have also acknowledged the claim on MCOL.  I now need to look at The Template Defence letter.  Thank you.

Yes you are right.  That is why I went for 2017. Unfortunately you cannot read the signs.

You are correct.  The defendant did. Have Covid and have not felt like helping the defendant.  Will crack on again now.

Please could you point me in the direction of the template defence.  When I search I keep getting individual cases. Sorry to be a pain.

We are helping you by NOT giving you a direct link to the Template Defence thread because it's vital you learn how to hop from any thread you read, back to page one, to read more.

Once you get that, you can read thread after thread, without having fifty tabs open!  You will then be confident to find your way around.

The NEWBIES FAQS thread is of course an Announcement (pinned) thread too.  You need to read the second post of it.
