My daughter has received a Claim form (County Court Business Centre issue date 16 March 2022) from Highview Parking Limited. I can give details in another post but the papers have been sent to her old address despite giving them her new address. Should we phone the court and tell them this?

Nope, the Defendant can just cover the new address issue by email to the CCBC and the Claimant's solicitor. Tell them to erase the old address. Can be done now.
Has the D acknowledged the claim, and if so, on what date according to her MCOL record?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello and welcome.
Best not to phone anyone. Everything in writing. Email is ok.
Your daughter needs to write to both the Data Protection Officer at Highview and to the County Court Business Centre telling them both her current contact address and demanding that they both remove the old address from their records. With a Claim Issue Date of 16th March, your daughter has until Monday 4th April to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, your daughter has until 4pm on Monday 18th April 2022 Tuesday 19th April 2022 to file her Defence. That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.
Just a reminder... everything must be done in your daughter's name.
p.s. a more descriptive thread title would be useful when you are able to edit it.3 -
18th April is a Bank Holiday, (Easter Monday), so 19th April is the latest date.3

Just to note. You should instruct relevant parties to erase your data and replace it with your current address for service.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2

By asking that question I guess that an Acknowledgment of Service is yet to be done.
Nothing wrong with that - your daughter should just follow the guidelines in my earlier post.3 -

The claim paperwork explains and provides a password for MCOL and this is already explained as well, in the 12 steps in the Template Defence thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You won't be able to edit posts or headings until you have been here a certain length of time and made a certain number of posts. It appears to be a combination of both, but nobody here has yet been able to work out the formula.
As already advised, your claim form will explain what the MoneyCLaimOnline/MCOL website is all about, as will using a search engine of your choice, and reading the guide to court in the second post of the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES.
Part of the defence will be that several people could have been driving. Don't assume it was one particular person. It is better that the keeper (nothing to do with vehicle ownership) cannot say for certain who was driving.I married my cousin.
