Hi Lovely people. Thank you so much for your help. My daughter has received the following in response to my posts last year (Please help)
Our client has instructed us to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file. Therefore, please find enclosed the Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance
 for your records.
Another win!
Just need to fight the new one now.

ANOTHER DCBLEGAL ONE BITES THE DUST!

We need you - as a genuine PPC victim of aggression, sharp practice and an 'extortion' attempt to add £70 - to respond robustly to the Public Consultation on the level of parking charges and banning of the false added DRA 'fee' that too many honest motorists currently fall victim to.

It will need consumer input (powerful voices) but change is afoot. It's taken about 5 years to get to this stage:

I am sure you and your daughter (and other drivers in the family) want your voices heard to stop this happening again.

Well done, the question is ..... who at DCBL issues these stupid claims that are now all over the internet making them look complete fools

Is it the boss of DCBL or a so called para-legal who is making them the joke of the legal profession ?   

I'm sure you will win the next one, be it in court or another disconuation

The next question must be ... why do the SRA ALLOW ONE OF THEIR MEMBERS to waste the time of the courts and more so, attempt to scam the public with fake amounts???

I have done as you have requested. We would like to help in any way. It is such an awful feeling when you see a ticket on your car. Most would not have meant to break any rules and most people find the fines difficult to pay. It is a huge amount of money to find.

Yes I agree. I am surprised the Court does not stop this by charging a fee to start with.  They know they cannot win but use it to frighten people into paying.
