I would understand your angle if the sale was not progressing due to outsourcing but it is, it feels like you are trying to find a way to not pay the full fee you agreed to pay.

I brought it to the attention of EA 1 month ago..that the sales progressor was rubbish.. they did nothing.. I took matters in my own hands and push it all the way to end myself.

If I am to do this and also pay ££££s to EA, I'd rather be with Strike, Purple bricks etc.

So yes, I don't want to pay for rubbish service 

Quite the opposite of my experience when my EA used ASAP sales progression, did you access their online portal for updates?

A 2 month completion with or without you pushing it is outstanding. I think you should just move on if I'm honest, more hassle than its worth and you may find yourself out of pocket for legal fees trying to claim a % back.

No, businesses are allowed to share details with 3rd parties as needed for business processes in furtherance of the task. Those 3rd parties should take the same care with your data ie not share data onwards to a 4th party unless needed. However the first step from EA to sales progressor is allowed by the fact that sales progression is part of the task and this is the team that does that.
