6p found on Friday in Morrisons
that's 5p to the new to us Dimple whisky bottle - it fits 5p pieces and a 1p to the cup of change. Whenever DH or I find any money we always hand it to the other person.

Hello
May I play please?
Hubby and I are both rather addicted to looking for and finding freebies and we tend to have a bit of a competition going between us.
Today I picked up a length of bubble wrap that had wound itself around a bush in the park and 1p, also in the park.
Not a lot but they both made me smile.
Also mother in law gave me an oddly shaped ( too wide and too short!) pair of brand new jogging bottoms that she couldnt get into but didnt want to send back as she "had held on to them for too long"
I offered to resize them for her but she didnt want that... so I will cut them down for me later on tonight.

Have found some small change recently and it has ended up in the cup that sits away. I has been emptied during the course of the year a couple of times and converted at a local shop or 2 that will use small change. It saves them being charged and I get bigger coins/notes. We have dibbed into the cup on the odd occasion too so it definitely helps reduce the option of breaking into another note.

Very Merry Christmas everyone! Wombled some free mince pies, coffee and prosecco samples at at little market outside our local Mr T's. Also had a present I had just bought in store wrapped there for free. As usual have wombled/reused all my gift bags, paper and tags. Very strangely I cannot find the baubles for the Christmas tree 🤔🤔 but it looks lovely with the tinsel and lights so have not purchased more...😂Sealed Pot Challenge 2023 # 011

Never thought of reusing gift bags as wombling. So in that case, I have wombled some for this year. If reusing is counted as wombling, all my gift tags are made from last years cards as well.
I did womble another rubber band I saw lying on the pavement the other day. That's one thing I never need to buy, Postie keeps me well supplied dropping them everywhere.Making the debt go down and savings go up

@Makingabobor2 we all have our own definitions of what constitutes a womble, and how to count it.I think I can safely add €5 to my wombles: I have found several coins, empty bottles to return, office supplies, etc.For 2023 I won't start a new thread, but feel free to start one of your own, or join the thread at the Old Style board. I'm stuck in fulltime work, ongoing everlasting renovation works at home, and 2 daughters that are entering their teenage years and need my support. I'm still wombling, but won't have time to record religiously. Are you wombling, too, in '22? € 58,96 = £ 52.09Wombling in Restrictive Times (2021) € 2.138,82 = £ 1,813.15Wombabeluba 2020! € 453,22 = £ 403.842019's wi-wa-wombles € 2.244,20 = £ 1,909.46Wombling to wealth 2018 € 972,97 = £ 879.54Still a womble 2017 #25 € 7.116,68 = £ 6,309.50Wombling Free 2016 #2 € 3.484,31 = £ 3,104.591

I've started collection coins lying on the ground.
Not a massive amount the last few days, but:
8p
5 Euro cent
1 Turkish Lira
All adds up over the year....
Receipt with 21 Nectar points.
Added:
This week:
Found a Sainsbury receipt that I got 281 Nectar points from
About 25 Euro cent
Around £2 in loose change
1 Swedish Krona (I think).

Wow Stewart that receipt was a good find! I found a £5 note that had blown into my garden last week. I've posted about it on various other challenges 😅😊Sealed Pot Challenge 2023 # 011

I've got a little over £4 in loose change that I've found on the ground. Mainly 1p pieces, but did find a £1 coin a few days ago.
Receipt wise, got another 200+ pointer last week from Sainsbury, and have 3 and 28 point receipts to be added.
A few receipts are in trolleys that are chained together, so you have to move 30 trolleys to see the receipt / get hold of it.
