You can't just post up a photo, you need to add a bit of text above/below it of a minimum of 9 characters.

It looks PoFA compliant to me.

Send the appeal template in blue text that you will find in the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES.

Get pics of the site and signage in readiness for a PoPLA appeal.

Thank you for the comment. Trouble is I don't live around that area and its 370 miles away for me. I did not take any pictures on that day as I was not aware that I have to pay for car park even though I don't park there. bays are almost full and took few minutes to find a spot then take toddlers out from the car. Hence the reason to stay of 17minutes and leaving the car park.

Just read that blue appeal template as below, please correct me if I'm wrong. They have already captured the car image including the registration plate with entrance camera provided on the right side of the PCN letter they have sent. What are my grounds to appeal?

    Re PCN number:

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.

If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

That you are the keeper and PP can't hold you liable.  That's the whole point of the template, not saying who was driving, to get you to POPLA stage.

Presumably you've looked at POPLA Decisions (another Announcement, top of the forum) and scrolled back through the recent outcomes posted there in recent months, to find recent PP wins about the POFA?

Don't read it from the start, obviously.  It's a years-old thread at the start.

The point of the initial appeal is to get a PoPLA code (where the PPC is a BPA member). You then throw the kitchen sink at the PoPLA appeal.

Have a look at Google Streetview (GSV) to see if there are any images that help your case.
