I think that not even much of this is necessary - Would welcome a view on an appropriate reply. Just to reiterate it was a station car park. Nothing on the vehicle at the time of alleged incident. Keeper is not lease firm but the xxxx limited company as addressed in the letters.

Use C-m's example ... your original letter has minor flaws in it (such as DR costs are not currently banned - that's essentially what the Judicial Review is about, so the Parking Bill is not yet enacted).

It is entirely appropriate (I wasn't joking, we know what we are doing and the mostly rogue parking industry operates what MPs called 'an outrageous scam') but certainly change some bits to your own language if it makes you more comfortable.

It is your snottogram to be happy with and you might want slightly more corporate language.

I totally get it that you might not like the words 'crap' and 'drivel'.  Change them but just don't dumb the real message down.

You are not addressing any solicitor.  You are dealing with ZZPS whose known conduct and reviews suggest they are utter bullying worthless trash (some might say) and who appear to need to clean up their act sharpish, if they are to survive the new statutory regime.

You wanted to shut them up. This is how.

thanks C-M and an agressive p'd off response is what they deserve. It really is a total waste of time. They know the law. It is a good !!!!!! letter. Do they think a company took driving lessons. Do they think a company can hold a drivers licence. I will use the wording - just wondered if I can add this ? 

Even if we knew which driver (or their insured friend or family member) might have been behind the wheel that day at a train station, going about their own personal business unrelated to work, we are bound by GDPR  law.
