It appears that QDR have failed to answer any of your questions, and are hiding behind the, "we are instructed by our client" as a get out clause. It's not us saying untruths, we are just repeating what our client has instructed us to say, your honour.

ZZPS will no doubt do the same, and NCP will no doubt say, we are following the BPA's guidelines; each one passing the buck back down the line.

    See what the CSA say.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

yes that will be interesting - QDR have failed to answer in most respects and were not even within the 8 week response time given. Fobbing off as instructed by their client.

Merely referring to being under instruction and stating they do not have access to the correspondence issued by NCP yet they believe ZZPS has valid grounds in pursuing the 'debt'

Based on WHAT! We already stated clearly that no NTK was ever sent. How can they 'believe' valid grounds when they do not even have access to the critical evidence. Why, because there was no NTK! Our SAR request

And what a farce this line is - ' QDR Solicitors are instructed to pursue the outstanding debt on behalf of the car parking operator via our client ZZPS Ltd' So merely one debt collector passing to another debt collector.
NO response at all to the false £82 extortion question - merely a breakdown of the 'charges'.

What a load of old rubbish from QDR
If QDR want to act for the PPC, more fool the PPC .. BUT .... It cannot be VIA ZZPS

ZZPS are just money scammers living in the clouds who are pointless and powerless

It is ZZPS who invented the fake add-on money scam, they are approved by the out dated BPA and so the scam musical chairs of these fools continues

QDR have never been able to explain their legal authority to add fakes. They will have to in front of a judge and that is when the spanking begins

There is also the fact that they signed a statement of truth about the fake so they must prove this and their legal authority to do so.

CSA confirm they are now looking over the response from QDR. Will report back on that when we get it.

QDR are calling them "Admin Fees" which are Vatable at 20%; might be interesting to request VAT invoices from them.

Excellent point Castle! Maybe worth reporting them to HMRC for trying to obtain fees without vat. They have to show the vat element of any charge in a proper vat invoice.
