Incorrect email address for complaints, hence the current state of play
That address is only for submitting the DQ, not complaining
Try- Ccmccandccbc-complaints@justice.gov.uk: For complaints

Thank you, I appreciate it. I have emailed the complaint to the correct email. In regards to the letter, should I pay as it suggests Or wait back to see if I hear anything from the complaint.0

That hasn't happened here.Gr1pr said:Some recent cases had the request judgment button pressed by the claimants , between xmas and new year.
This is the CNBC mucking up the case by failing to spot that a DQ was indeed emailed, twice...
Easy to get them to reverse that error at no cost and no need for an application. This is a CNBC mistake re the DQ, not the C pressing a button.
@Nc2022
Obviously you DO NOT PAY! Don't compound their mistake. Surely you've seen this in lots of other threads you read about? Happens a lot. Easily reset.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Perhaps you can add it to the newbies sticky thread or the defence template thread, unless newer ones turn up ? Thanks1 -
its the one in other 2024 threads and if you google it
we will definitely know if they reply to you
you would have thought that they would change it to match the new ones as seen in the defence template thread, but perhaps they havent , typical government , half a job done1 -
