Hi I took this advice and emailed DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk on 11/11/24 and received email confirmation but today recieved. A letter stating I never filled out a DQ in time.Gr1pr said:Your choice, but we recommend email to both, not posting it, for the reasons I mentioned above
