    That seems to indicate that they didn't receive your DQ. Did you send it? To where? Suggest you send it again.

    As above, far more information in the picture than in your narrative,  you told us the last sentence,  but should have told us the last 2 sentences 

    Check the address of where you sent the N180 DQ,  Check your sent folder 

    Send it again,  to the correct DQ email address,  whether you sent it or haven't sent it,  just do it,  ASAP 

    If you have auto responses to the previous emails that you sent, put a written complaint in with evidence wherever possible 

    If you did it again on 17 December,  it's too early to show up in the claim history

    I’ve sent it twice now and have an email confirmation both times

    Some recent cases had the request judgment button pressed by the claimants , between xmas and new year.  I suspect that a lot of errors crept in during that period,  plus you had various issues last month
