Even if they say they'll remove the used sex pond, work on the assumption it'll be there when you move in.14

Sis was looking at a place that included a hot tub. My first comment - "A lifetime supply of bean soup" - As in Human Bean...

you drain the water and put fresh in - with chlorine, so it’s completely sanitised.
nothing like a mattress at all.
they are expensive though in terms of electric, chemicals and ultimately replacement parts (motors, heaters, control panel).
if it’s a solid one (not an inflatable) then they are not easy to remove, they are heavy and large. Ours needed the gate taking off.
it could be worth a few £ks, but bear in mind the removal isn’t easy if you can’t sell and my guess if that they are going to far less popular with electricity prices the way they are.
if it’s not part of the sale, say you don’t want it and it should be removed
or take the chance and sell it if you want the hassle.
this morning it was in mine with the worms and wood lice who like the warmth.
If I knew what I know now (that I’d be pulling dead spiders, worms and wood lice out of the filters) then I wouldn’t have gotone.3 -

Inform them you do not want.
Otherwise list online if someone will pay for it, otherwise list for free someone will collect it.
Facebook marketplace, shpock, gumtree, eBay are good places to list.0 -

Well maybe think of it more like a swimming pool than a bath.
Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time5
